ORAL ORDER
1. The present application is to condone the delay of 233 days occurred in filing the first appeal against the judgment and award dated 6.2.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.232/2012 (Old No.580/2005).
2. Though served with the rule, the opponents have chosen not to appear before the Court.
3. The Court having heard learned advocate for applicant and having considered the explanation given in para-2.2 to 2.4 of the application finds that the sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

4. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The delay of 233 days occurred in filing the first appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
