1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that husband of petitioner Late Vishambhar Dayal Rathore was serving on the post of Constable at VIP Security Batallion, Mana Camp, Raipur (C.G.). During his service tenure, he died on 19.08.2021 by committing suicide. After his death, being the wife of the deceased, the petitioner has made an application regarding compassionate appointment before the respondent authorities which is still pending and not Neutral Citation 2023:CGHC:33472 decided yet, therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that the instant petition may be disposed of directing the Respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously. He further submits that any outer limit may also be fixed by this Court for the aforementioned purpose.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the State not opposes the limited prayer made by learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

3. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material available on record.

4. Considering the submission of Counsel appearing for the parties, without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 2 to 4 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2021 (Annexure- P/3) in accordance with relevant rules and law within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Certified copy as per rules.
