Section 49(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Rules, 2018
(1)The Chairperson or such employee of the Authority, as may be authorized by Chairperson in this behalf, shall prepare, as soon as may be after the commencement of such financial year,-(a)the annual report; and(b)the annual statement of accounts.
