Section 14(2) in The Rajasthan Mining Settlement Act, 1956
(2)Every Sanitary Inspector shall be subordinate to the Medical Officer of Health, and shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as may be prescribed, or as may be delegated to him by the Medical Officer of Health with the consent of the Board.
