JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 18/01/2023 Admittedly, the temporary injunction application filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer (South) Jaipur City.
Counsel for the parties are in agreement that the trial Court be directed to decide the temporary injunction application expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the submissions made on behalf of the counsel for the parties, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month after receiving the certified copy of this order. The Board of Revenue is directed to send the record of the case back to the trial Court immediately.
