Section 22 in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
22. Employees of Town Vending Committee.
- The local authority concerned shall with the prior approval of the Government, when so requested by a Town Vending Committee, make available to that Committee such employees as the local authority considers necessary for discharge of the functions conferred or imposed on the Town Vending Committee under the Act or these Rules.
