Section 3(2) in The Bombay City (Inami and Special Tenures) Abolition and Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 1969
(2)The provisions of Chapter XIV of the Code (inclusive of the modifications specified in the Second Schedule) shall apply to the said lands insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
