13. The Registrar.
- The Registrar shall be a whole time salaried officer and shall act as the Secretary of the Court, of the Executive Council and of the Academic Council. He shall be appointed by the Executive Council in accordance with the Statutes made in this behalf and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be determined by such Statutes. He shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.
