Section 10 in The Ministers (Allowances, Medical Treatment and other Privileges) Rules, 1957
10. Travel in a Single Berth.
- Where a Minister travels by taking on requisition or otherwise, a single berth in an air-conditioned coach or in an ordinary first class compartment under Rule 7, he [shall be entitled without payment to accommodation for two personal servants and] [Inserted vide MHA Notification 14/30/70-Published I dated 2-2-1972.] may draw the actual fare paid, if any and in addition, daily allowance in accordance with provisions of rule 17.
