(v)To plan, design, develop and prescribe courses of study and conduct appropriate academic and training programmes in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Sports Technology, Sports Management, etc. and to provide for instruction and training in such branches of learning as the University may, from time to time, determine and to make provisions for research and for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge;
