Section 13(1) in The Punjab Health Systems Corporation Act, 1996
(1)With a view to securing the services of the best talent available in all fields, the Corporation shall encourage professionals from various disciplines to join it on contractual terms on such remuneration, as may be prevalent in the reputed organisations in the country.
