Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Maritime Board (Procedure For Meeting of The Board and Its Committee) Regulations, 1997
(1)A copy of the agenda with explanatory notes, if any, shall be circulated to all members of the Board before the date fixed for the meeting except where a meeting has been called by the Chairman for the transactions of emergent business.
