Section 6(5) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019
(5)The Deputy Conservator or officer responsible for the safety of the port or any authorized representative specially nominated by him for the regulation of the dangerous or hazardous cargo in the port shall be the sole authority to give permission for landing or loading dangerous or hazardous cargo in containers.
