PRAYER:  Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent dated 15.06.2013 in his order No.E-24204/4NDRF(A)/DOC/2013-4823 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to pay the medical reimbursement of Rs.1,39,500/- + Rs.1,381/- = Rs.1,40,881/- to the petitioner as per the claim petition dated 04.03.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has been complied with and hence the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
