Section 5(1) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(1)If at the time appointed for a meeting under rule 5 above, a quorum of five members is not present, the meeting shall not commence until a quorum is present, and if a quorum is not present on the expiration of thirty minutes from the appointed time, the meeting shall be adjourned and such adjourned meeting shall be held on the same day and time in the next week.
