Section 12(2) in Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1985
(2)The Authority may-(a)refer to such Committee, for inquiry and report, any matter relating to any of the purposes of this Act and rules under this Act;(b)delegate to such Committee by specific resolution and subject to rules made in his behalf, any of the powers or duties of the Authority relating to the subject matter for which the Committee has been constituted.
