Section 68(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
(2)The State Advisory Committee shall consist of not more than eleven members excluding the ex officio members to represent the interests of commerce, industry, transport, agriculture, labour, consumers, non-governmental organizations and academic and research bodies in the electricity sector.
