69. Exclusion of motor vehicles from the scope of Part V.
- In this part unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context the terms "Public Vehicles" and "Vehicle" shall not be construed to include a motor vehicle as defined in the Motor Vehicle Act, 1939.
