Section 59(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)If the former University receives on or after the appointed day any fund from any funding agency out of any previous sanction for the North Bengal campus, regional research stations and sub-stations of Hill and Old Alluvial Zone and Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Kalimpong under the former University, the former University shall transfer such fund directly to the University immediately.
