63. Revision.-
(1)The Government may call for the records of any proceedings of the Authority or any officer subordinate to the Authority for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality or propriety of any order or proceedings and may pass such order with respect thereto as it thinks fit.(2)The Authority may call for the records of any proceedings of any officer subordinate to it for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality or propriety of any order or proceedings and may pass such order with respect thereto as it thinks fit.(3)No order under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall be made to the prejudice of any person unless he has had an opportunity of making representation.
