Section 94A(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(1)The Market Committee may authorised by a resolution passed in that behalf, an officer not below the rank of an Assistant Secretary of the Market Committee for the purposes of section 32A.
