Section 25(iv) in THE BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
(iv)after sub-section (5) and before the Explanation, the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:—"(6) The Central Government shall involve the National Biodiversity Authority or State Biodiversity Boards to undertake measures for conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity or traditional knowledge associated thereto.".
