Section 22(1) in The Rajasthan Civil Services (Service Matter Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 1976
(1)In the summons issued to the respondent, the time allowed for reply shall be stated and the reply shall have to be filed within the prescribed time, unless reasons for not doing so are accepted by the Bench, or when the respondent expresses his intention in writing to submit the reply orally at the time of arguments.
