12. The Executive Council.
- (l) The Executive Council shall be the Chief Executive body of the University.(2)The administration, management and control of the University shall be vested with the Executive Council, which shall control and administer the property and funds of the University.(3)The composition of the Executive Council shall be such as is specified in the Schedule.
