Section 61(19) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Rules, 1976
(19)The Election Officer shall count the votes and declare the result. Proceeding shall be recorded in the minute book of the society, by the Election Officer with a copy to the Registrar. Each candidate has a right to be present at the time of counting.
