Section 55 in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders

Process intended for service in His Exalted Highness the Nizam's dominions should be addressed to the District Magistrate concerned. The time to be fixed for the return of the processes should, in the case of process to be served in the city of Hyderabad, be not less than five weeks and, in the case of processes to be served in districts, not less than two months. The name of the district, village and locality in which the person to be served resides should be stated in full in the process.Note. - The districts are as follows:-| Aurangabad. | Bidar. | Birh. |
