MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct proper investigation into the case, in FIR No.47 dated 11.04.2018, under Sections 451, 379, 34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Manmohan Singh Aulakh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib filed by learned State counsel, today in Court, is taken on record. Registry to do the needful.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available against cancellation report.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
