Section 2(a) in Bihar Regional Development Authority Act, 1974
(a)'amenity' includes road, water-supply, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, public works, housing, play-fields, parks, educational, community and recreational facilities and such other convenience as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, specify to be an amenity for the purposes of this Act;
