(2)Every such school shall be inspected at least once in every three months by the Chief Inspector or by an Inspector or Assistant Inspector:Provided that when any school is used for the reception of girls only, such inspection shall be conducted either by the Chief Inspector or by an Inspector or Assistant Inspector who is a woman,
