126. Presentation of application for exemption.
- An application for an exemption under Section 10 shall be addressed to the Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Home Department and, unless prevented by sufficient cause, be made at least ten days before the date of the proposed cinematograph exhibition.
