34. Insolvency of members.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (V of 1920) or any corresponding law for the time being in force, the dues of a society from a member, in insolvency proceedings against him, shall rank in order of priority next to the dues payable by him to the Government or to a local authority.Chapter-IV Incorporation, Duties and Privileges of Societies
