Section 14(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(5)No juvenile in conflict with law shall be handcuffed, chained or tied with ropes or any other material while producing him before the Board or at any stage during the course of investigation under the Act.
