Section 26 in Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent And Eviction) Control Act, 1960
26. Exemptions:.
- Notwithstanding anything in this Act the Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, exemption subject to such conditions and terms, if any, as they may specify in the notification, any building or class of buildings from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
