Section 3(1) in National Housing Bank Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1994
(1)The power to interpret these regulations vests in the Chairman who is also hereby empowered to issue such administrative instructions as may be necessary to give effect to, and carry out the purposes of, the provisions of these Regulations or otherwise to secure effective control of the staff employed in the National Housing Bank.
