Section 33 in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
33.
There shall be levied on jute, cotton and ginger in every hat a commission at a rate to be fixed by the Managing Committee. Such commission shall be realised from the licensed dealer on the total quantities of jute, cotton and ginger purchased by each dealer in a hat. Such commission shall be deposited in the Association Fund and payment to Hat Representatives shall be made therefrom.
