Section 3(14) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(14)Subject to rules made under this Act, the Board may, with the approval of the State Government, frame by-laws for -(a)regulating the transaction of business at its meetings ;(b)the assignment of duties and powers of the Board to its Chairman, Secretary or persons employed by it; and(c)such other matters as may be prescribed.
