Section 31 in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
31. Delegation of powers by Executive Council.
- The Executive Council may, by resolution, delegate to the Vice Chancellor or to a committee, such of its powers expect power to make regulations ,rules or ordinances as it may deem fit subject to the condition that the action taken by the Vice Chancellor or such committee in the exercise of the powers so delegated shall be reported at the next meeting of the Executive Council.
