(10)The accuracy of each thermometer shall be certified by the [* * * *] [Omitted vide Notification No. 340 L.W./L.W./L.W./IR-4/85 dated 2nd April, 1986] National Instruments Factory, Calcutta, or some competent authority appointed by the Chief Inspector and such certificate shall be attached to the Humidity Register.
