Section 16 in The Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003
16. Amendment of section 244A.-
In section 244A of the Income- tax Act, in sub- section 1, in clauses (a) and (b), for the words" two- third per cent.", the words" one- half per cent." shall be substituted.
