12. Publication of result.
- The result of the draw shall be published by the Director in the Official Gazette of the Government of Goa and such publication shall be deemed to be the final and official announcement of the result of the draw. The agent may publish result in various prominent newspapers on behalf of the Government, provided that, such publicity shall not be to the detriment of the interest of the Government.
