34. Annual Accounts. -
(1)The annual accounts of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Syndicate and shall be submitted to the Government for audit.(2)The annual accounts together with the audit report thereon shall be published by the Syndicate,and copies of such accounts and audit report shall be submitted to the Government.
