Section 19(i) in Bihar Development of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine Act, 1951
(i)The petition shall contain a statement in a concise form of the material facts on which the petitioner realised and shall be signed by the petitioner and verified in the manner laid down in the Code of Civil Procedure for the verification of pleadings.
