Section 7(1) in The Damodar Valley Corporation (Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions of Service of the Chairman, Members and Member-Secretary of the Corporation) Rules, 2013
(1)The Chairman and Member(s) shall hold office for a period of five years from the date on which he joins the post or till he attains the age of superannuation.
