77. Identification of deponent.
If the deponent is not known to the attestor, his identity shall be testified by a person known to him and the identifying person shall affix his signature in token thereof. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
