Section 36(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Any person intending to object to the grant of the licence shall file objection within thirty days from the date of publication of the notice by the applicant. The objection shall be filed in the form of reply and the provisions of this Chapter II dealing with reply shall apply to the filing of such objections.
