3. Construction of Field Channel.
(a)Where there does not exist field channel in any service area in which lands are capable of being irrigated from a canal, the State Government may construct the field channel in the public interest at the cost of the State Government.(b)Maintenance of field channel shall be carried out by individual farmer in whose land field channel passes.
