(2)Counsel shall be deemed properly qualified if he is a legal practitioner authorised to practice with right of audience in a Court of Sessions in India, or if, he is recognised by the convening officer in any other country where the trial is held as having in that part, rights and duties similar to those of such legal practitioner in India and as being subject to punishment or disability for a breach of professional rules.Judge-Advocate
