Section 1 in The U.P. Kerosene Control Order, 1962
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) This order may be called the Uttar Pradesh Kerosene Control Order, 1962.(ii)It shall extend to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(iii)It shall come into force at once.
