Section 9(iii) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves Manual, 1973
(iii)The Forest Guard in charge of Central Godowns shall be responsible for proper storage and up-keep of the stock stored therein. He shall also be alert against fire and pilferage of the stock stored in the Central Godowns.
