Section 22 in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Lloyd's India) Regulations, 2016
22. Member of Lloyd's India.
(a)Lloyd's India shall inform the Authority in the format given in Annexure "1" of Members of Lloyd's who wish to participate in Lloyd's India.(b)The list of Members of Lloyd's underwriting through Service Companies of Lloyd's India shall be furnished to the Authority on an annual basis.
